Applicable law and competent court

The company is subject to French regulation of the commercial code. The commercial court of Toulon is the competent court.

The company sells model kits and accessories for experienced modelers.
The company only engages in distant selling. When a customer confirms the order, a distance contract is established between him (natural person) and the contractor (natural person also).
The products sold by the company are designed using 3D printing. By accepting the terms of sale, the consumer acknowledges having been informed of the risks associated with the use of resin, particularly the danger posed by resin dust to living organisms.

By accepting the general terms of sale, the consumer acknowledges having been informed of the product's characteristics, price, shipping fees and delivery times.
The prices displayed on the site do not include shipping fees, which are displayed at the time of validation according to the consumer's choices.
The company is not subject to VAT.
The prices are in euros.
When the consumer electronically validates the agreement, the entrepreneur confirms the acceptance of the agreement electronically.
The agreement is concluded in English

Orders are shipped within three days after order confirmation.
Green Dwarf ships only to the countries of the European Union, which includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovania, Sweden.
The prices displayed on the site do not include shipping costs. These will appear during checkout based on the option chosen by the customer.

The right of withdrawal differs from a complaint procedure. The complaint procedure is described afterwards in the after-sales service paragraph.
Consumers assert their right of withdrawal through the email address support@greendwarf.com, making sure to include their order reference.
Consumers have the right to revoke agreements without justification within 14 days.
Withdrawal period begins day after the consumer receives the product. During this period, the consumer must keep the product and packaging in its original condition, to the extent possible.
When they exercise their right of withdrawal, consumers must bear the costs of return shipping.
The refund is processed within a maximum period of two weeks after the return.

The company reserves the right not to respond to phone calls from a private number.
Complaints addressed to the company are handled within a two-week period. If the resolution of a complaint takes longer than two weeks (in the case of a problem arising from a subcontractor), the consumer is informed as soon as possible.
In the case of missing parts or accessories, the consumer is requested to indicate the reference of the missing items.
In the case of a broken item, the consumer is asked to indicate the reference of the part. Additionally, the consumer is invited to provide photos of the broken item. Although not mandatory, this will greatly help improve the quality of the products.
